Don't know why but I remembered that we hadn't played this game in a while.

This is the last TVS for several weeks (holidays and Macworld). Maybe I'll even shake this cold. Then we are back on track. Maybe I'll even keep the episode numbers sraight... NAH! This week, more Japanese game shows, music and free Tupperware! Plus Podsafe Music, Elfin' Dennis and the Yule Log. And there's my partial retelling of a three day stay in the Gray Food Hotel. Happy Holidays to Boxheads. And if you don't watch the show ... well ... screw you!

Sorry the show is late. I spent a couple of days in hospital. So, better late than never.

The older that I become, the more I find Xmas intolerable. Now, I'm no Socrates but it seems to me to be fairly unlikely that a species that has a majority of VCRs flashing '12:00,' is not a likely candidate to figure out how everything began. But that's just me. Fortunately for us, merchants have figured out what Xmas is all about and how we should celebrate the day. Shopping. Yes, just like Macaholics, tens of thousands wander zombie-like to the doors of WalMart's and other countless emporiums at hours only owls usually see. There they stand in lines, nay, mobs, for hours just to be the first ones to get their mitts on lead-laced do-dads from China and two-for-one sales on family sized bags of Doritos. Oh, Happy Day! Enough of that, let us speak of this week's show. I haven't a clue as to what it is about. Which is quite suspect, seeing as I created it and so on. I'll pay more attention next time.

By now, you're all too familiar with that sound. It's either your stomach about to erupt from consuming enough turkey to feed an eastern European family for two weeks. Or it's the sound loop playing over and over in your head as the b@#tard in Ford Taurus steals your parking space at the local Shop 'Til U Drop. Either way, it ain't going away anytime soon. This week's show is a whopper. Literally, it starts with ground beef and you can work it out from there. We have Sport and The Human Condition. Then we have Sport and Eddie Izzard. We round things out with Dennis Sellars and his mustache who are no sports at all and some holiday music from the Alice Project. As for me, I talk, I occasionally grin but mostly keep to myself. And, of course, Henry the Horse dances the waltz.
